Future of the Arizona Cardinals, Where will they go?

(G HAWK)
The NFC West today is known for being one of the best, if not the best in football. In 2010 it was known as the NFC Worst, the division became better very quickly, so what about the future of the division?
(CARDINALS)
 (OFFENSE)
If this team wants to go somewhere in the future, they are going to need to improve the offense, Carson Palmer is getting older and only has a few years or so left. So what the Cardinals are going to have to do is draft a quarterback in the next season or two, and have Carson mentor him during the last few seasons Carson is there. This team also needs a better O-Line, and Wide Receivers, Larry Fitzgerald is coming close to the end of his journey in the NFL. Michael Floyd and Andre Roberts are both good receivers, but they need more around them. Rashard Mendenhall and Andre Ellington are pretty good running backs with potential, and they could go with them, but they could also try to upgrade through free agency or draft.
(DEFENSE)
I think the Cardinals are set on defense for years to come. Since week 8, they are top 10 in every single defensive category. If the team keeps the players they have today, they are going to be even better in the future. My two favorites are Patrick Peterson, and Tyrann Mathieu in the backfield, and Calais Campbell is also a beast on the end. (Daryl Washington and Karlos Dansby are great LBs)
(OVERVIEW)
I think this team can be very good with more offensive weapons and a QB for the future, this defense is already good enough.
(NEXT 5 YEARS PREDICTIONS)
End of 2013: 10-6
2014: 9-7
2015: 8-8
2016: 8-8
2017: 10-6
2018: 11-5

How do you guys think the Cardinals will do in the future?
I will be doing this for every NFC West team over the next week or so.
